You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such content in connection with the app.
Fitness Information and Advice:
The app provides information and advice about fitness and exercise. This information is for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
The app and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or content available through the app. You understand that you use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these terms and conditions at any time, including the subscription fees and terms. Your continued use of the Services following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
