This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how PartnerFIT and its affiliates (collectively, "us", "we", or "our") collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App").
Please read this Policy carefully. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download or use the App.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
We may collect the following information about you when you use the App:
- Personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, that you voluntarily provide to us when you create an account or contact us through the App.
- Subscription information, such as your subscription status, payment history, and subscription preferences when you opt for our premium services.
- To use the App to track your step count, you will need to grant permission for the App to access certain data associated with your Google account, including your Google Fit data. Specifically, we will access and collect data related to your step count and any other physical activity metrics that you choose to track through the Google Fit API.
- Usage information, such as the features you use and the content you access, as well as information about your devices, such as device type and operating system.
- Location information, such as your IP address and location data, if you enable location services on your device.
- Health and fitness information, such as your workouts, exercise routines, and progress, if you choose to track this information through the App.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the App, as well as to personalize and enhance your experience. We may also use the information for research and analytics purposes, to communicate with you about the App and other products or services we offer, and to comply with legal obligations.
Subscription Services
If you choose to subscribe to our premium services, your subscription will be managed through the App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users) from which you downloaded the App. Your interactions with these platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We do not process or store your payment information.
Sharing of Information
We may share your information as follows:
With service providers and partners who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting and maintaining the App, analyzing data, and providing customer service. These third parties are required to protect your information and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our customers, or others.
Data Security and Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App and its features. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Choices and Rights
You may update or correct your personal information, or request that we delete it, by logging into your account and making the necessary changes. You may also opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.
You have the option to manage your subscription settings, including cancellation, through the App Store or Google Play Store.
You have the option to revoke the App's access to your Google Fit data at any time by revoking the App's permissions within your Google account. Additionally, you may delete your account and all associated data from within the App at any time.
Please note that some information may be required in order for the App to function properly, and we may be unable to accommodate certain requests to delete or restrict the use of your information.
Children's Privacy
The App and Community are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
Changes to Our Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review the Policy periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third parties are not affiliated with us and are not subject to this Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties, and you should review their privacy policies and terms of service before using their services.
